  • 01. How do GEM Groups compare to general mastermind cohorts?

    Beyond mastermind business strategy sharing, GEMs provide Christ-centered time with prayer for guidance to reflect and share weekly gratitude's and priorities.


  • 02. What results can I expect from the 1:1 coaching program?

    Clients describe increased courage, clarity of priorities, and increased capacity (including time). Your results are guided by your goals, challenges, and calling.

  • 03. How much time per week do GEM Groups require?

    To start, GEMs require one weekly 60-minute Zoom gathering plus optional offline peer connection. The more you put into your time in your GEM group, the more you'll get out of it! Graduates of first quarter GEM usually opt into 30 minute weekly GEM time saving time and money.


  • 04. I feel anxious about sharing with strangers. Are GEM Groups still worthwhile?

    Completely understandable! Rest assured groups are private, capped under 8, and focused on growth through listening, not critique. However, 1:1 coaching may be a better option if a group setting is not your preferred way to learn and grow.
